You must read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the products offered on this website. Your purchase and use of the products indicates your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Object of the Contract
This electronic shop offers organ sample sets and extensions for organ sample sets. A sample sets consists of organ definitions, audio files, images, impulse response files, and temperament files. To use a sample sets, you must have a sampler software such as Hauptwerk™ installed on your computer. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the sample set. All licenses apart from the Voxus Virtual Organs lease option are perpetual.
Delivery
Sample sets are delivered electronically via download. Shipping on physical drives such as USB drives, memory sticks, etc. is not possible. Upon completion of the order, download links will be sent to the email address provided on the order form. All links are temporary, but can be reactivated at any time upon request. By placing an order, you agree to receive the invoice electronically. The invoice will be sent immediately by email together with the download links.
Taxes
The e-shop calculates taxes, if applicable. For customers ordering outside the European Union, VAT will be deducted. The contract is subject to the policies and laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, in particular these General Terms and Conditions, the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.
Licence
You are not allowed to:
- copying, lending, duplicating, sharing, resampling, uploading to a database, server or network of paid sample sets (or parts of them)
- sell free sample sets or demo versions of paid sample sets as a whole or in parts
- include free sample sets or demo versions of paid sample sets in computers offered for sale as a stand-alone product or as part of a product (e.g. MIDI console with built-in software sampler)
- include paid sample sets in computers offered for sale as a stand-alone product or as part of a product without special permission
You are allowed to:
- make recordings for commercial and non-commercial purpose
- distribute recordings made with the sample sets
- make a backup copy of sample set for your own purpose
You must specify that the recordings with the sample sets were made with a virtual instrument, not with the real instrument.
Voxus Virtual Organs sample sets for use in public spaces require a special license. Please contact me directly for further details.
Returns
All orders are final. If I am not able to provide working download links (due to unexpected problems) within 14 days from the time of completing the order, you may ask for a refund.
Privacy and Security
All data provided by you when purchasing a sample set or extension (full name, billing address, email address) will be only used for processing the order and, if necessary, for personal contact.
